Available Payment Methods
Tweetboost accepts payment by credit card, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept both Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not take PayPal right now. If we begin to accept cryptocurrency, we will mention it prominently on the site.
Payment Security
We always protect your payment details. This includes things like your credit card number and expiration date, which we transfer to our paymaster through an encrypted, secure system. No unauthorized parties shall have access to them. If we grant a refund, the full credit card number will still not be visible. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard, each of these has additional security verification methods.
Payments Being Declined
Some potential reasons exist why your payment cannot be processed. They might include:
- A limit on your daily credit card transactions
- An international payment blockage
- An internet payment limitation
- Card data that is invalid
- Insufficient funds
- 3DS errors
- Anti-fraud blocking measures
Order and Payment Process
To order one of our services or products, follow these instructions:
- Select the package you want, then tap the “Buy Now” or “Buy” button.
- Give us a link to which you want us to deliver the service or package.
- Give us your email address.
- At that point, we’ll need your credit card number or Google or Apple Pay information. You can confirm the payment by using the 3DS code.
- You can then expect a confirmation email that will contain the order details.
Delivery Terms
Time of Service Delivery
How long each delivery will take depends on how big of a package you ordered. You can find an approximate time frame next to each package description. The client may contact us if, for any reason, the whole package is not delivered during the specified time, and we shall investigate and resolve the issue.
Service Delivery Delays
There may be delivery delays. Some reasons might be:
- Individual social network technical changes or adjustments.
- If there is a large order influx, the delivery may take a little longer than usual.
Expect a possible slight variation in delivery times. If you experience delivery time expiration with no completed order, contact us. Our customer support will look into the problem and correct it.
Can We Deliver the Items Faster Than Specified?
We cannot deliver the products and services faster than indicated since we use best practices keeping your account from being flagged or suspended. Sometimes you may see faster delivery than what we indicate with a particular product description because of low server loads.
Campaign Duration
We can’t and don’t make guarantees about how long a campaign might take for successful completion. We may mention time frames on the Tweetboost website or our subdomains or via employee chats, phone conversations, emails, or other correspondence. However, you should not misconstrue the time frames we mention as guarantees, as they are always approximate. Estimates the Company provides regarding marketing campaign length are rough guidelines we devise to help our customers plan ahead.
Pausing Campaigns
When you sign up for Tweetboost products or services, your signal agreement that the Company may pause the campaign for any reason and without prior warning. We always try to deliver your order as safely and expediently as we can. Under certain circumstances, though, a page may actively lose followers. It’s also possible that a social network may perform an upgrade, at which point we must pause your campaign. Keep in mind that a campaign pause does not make you eligible for partial or full refunds.
